Disable Rotation Lock in Settings

I dropped my phone while rotation lock was enabled, and now the right side of my screen doesn't work. Therefore, when I swipe the bottom bar up, I cannot unclick the Rotation lock button, because that side of the screen doesn't work. So, is there another way I can disable this rotation lock, so I can tilt my phone and text sideways at least (because the right half of those buttons don't work either)? (Oh, and I've tried asking siri "Disable Rotation Lock" and it just keeps looking for answers on the web, won't do anything).

I had this problem too, but now I know what to do! You need to open your youtube, and open whatever video, then use your two fingers to make it full screen, your phone will automactilly rotate, then you can slide up your control center to unlock your rotation!!!

So, the youtube video trick doesn't work anymore, or at least I couldn't make it work, but after a couple of HOURS of trying EVERYTHING on the phone I managed a little trick that would work for those buttons and things on the side of the screen that is broken and that are accessible. So you go to General - Accessibility - Accessibility Shortcut (all the way at the bottom). This will always work from the left side, you choose Zoom. What this does is that when you press three times the home button the Zoom will popup. With the zoom, the "area of swipe" becomes much bigger and literally you can swipe any button that is on the right side of the screen.

As far as I can find, the Control Center seems to be the only place to enable/disable Rotation Lock. It used to be available under iOS 6 under mutitasking (swipe all the way to the left and it was there) but beginning with iOS 7, it has moved to the new Control Center.

BTW, in my case, using the phrase "orientation lock" with siri only searched the web for how to use Orientation Lock.
