I cant get the program to install and the updater and raw download methods complains about not being able to remove the previous version. I tried uninstalling iTunes by hand and refused with the 'itunes64.msi' cannot be found. All the other programs can and were removed. When it downloads it comes as 'tunes6464.msi' and I cant change the name. Help?

Or try http://go.microsoft.com/?linkid=9779673 which is a Windows 10 compatible version of the Microsoft Program Installer and Uninstaller Fix-It tool. See if you can use it to tear down each of the Apple components and then drive through a new install.

I lost all my ITunes in my laptop. When I try to download it back I get a message "cannot find iTunes6464.msi" can you help me?

The steps in the second box are a guide to removing everything related to iTunes and then rebuilding it which is often a good starting point unless the symptoms indicate a more specific approach.
Review the other boxes and the list of support documents further down the page in case one of them applies.
The further information area has direct links to the current and recent builds in case you have problems downloading, need to revert to an older version or want to try the iTunes for Windows (64-bit - for older video cards) release as a workaround for installation or performance issues, or compatibility with third party software.
Your library and device backups should be unaffected by these steps but there are links to backup and recovery advice should it be needed.
