iMessage Sign in

My Wives iPhone 4 IOS 7.1.2 keeps asking, every 5 seconds for her to Sign into iMessage using the wrong Old Apple ID.

I cannot restore the phone in iTunes as it asks for her turn off Find My iPhone but this cannot be done as it will not give you chance to sign into her correct Apple ID.

I would appreciate some help please.
