The Mac OS X Lion doesn't reinstall from internet

After erase the mac HD, follow step, like format HD and free space (Journaled), i can't reinstall the Mac OS X Lion from internet, by Mac OS X Utilities. At first, the error window showed "this item is unavailable temporarily. try again later.". So, now, i have a mac without OS. Even though i bought another mac (air), the apple support doesn't help me, because they only permit an exception time to expiration item, but i never thought that mac os x is an expiration item(!). So, if you can, help me. Thanks!
