I turned on my iphone 6 for the first time after it was delivered and now its giving me different languages but wont let me select english how can i bypass this?

unfortunately its not letting me get past this.. on the top part there is has a grey square with the word "voice over" following what looks to be chinese and the phone is speaking all these different languages.
