Invalid Provisioning Profile
I keep getting Error ITMS-90161 when uploading my app with application loader. Can anyone help me?

Hi Nisha, Are you using Application Loader as well. All my research is saying something about my certificated and provisional profiles are not installed. Along with a Keychain but they are.
This is what they are saying:
AppStore submission has 2 steps:
- Build archive (via Xcode Archive command)
- Build ipa for submission (via Organizer / Application Loader)
Each of them require certificate, provisioning and entitlements (in provisioning) for separate (but related) use.
You should use the same provisioning for the two steps. If you can’t find the exact old provisioning, you may consider re-archive the app. I don’t know why Apple splits these steps as they are highly related.

I successfully able to resolve this issue. The issue was related to provisioning profile.
What was your solution so others with a similar problem might benefit?
What exactly did you do?
I delete everything in keychain and re-installed all certificate, provisioning profile.
I face very different issue while uploading another app in iTunes connects via application loader.
Can anyone suggest what exactly this issue is?
