I'm locked out of my Ipod Touch and can't remember the passcode my home button is broke so I can't restart the ipod the normal way and the assertive touch isn't working. Help!!! How do I get into my Ipod???😕 😢😟

If the home button is physically broken, then you'll need to make an appointment at the genius bar and have it repaired/replaced.
There are no magic words that can overcome broken hardware.
If you previously turned on FIndMyiPod on the iPod in Settings>iCloud and wifi is on and connected go to iCloud: Find My iPhone, sign in and go to FIndMyiPhone and use Remote Wipe to erase the contents of your device. If you have been using iCloud to back up, you may be able to restore the most recent backup to reset the passcode after the device has been erased.
You can also wipe the iOS device by installing the FindMyiPhone app on another iOS device and using that app to wipe the device.

Did you actually read the post by lllaass? That's pretty much the only alternative. If you did not have Find my iPhone set up on it, then you're going to have to get it repaired.
There is a way as I specified for placing the iPod in Recovery mode w/o buttons so you can restore via iTunes.
