Apple doesn't create new emoji. That's the job of the Unicode Consortium: https://unicode.org. The have a formal procedure for requesting new emoji.
Please Apple make my emoji wish come true and make a tumble weed emoji..............the irony is that no one will ever reply to this feed meaning we would need the tumble weed emoji.
