My account has a email attached to it that I didn't submit. How do I contact Apple as well as Microsoft for this security issue?

I Have an iPhone 5 and I believe my security, personal identity information has been compromised. I have contacted the provider. What other precautions should i take? I have changed email addresses and contacted the police...

iPhone 5, iOS 8.1.3
