My iPod 5 won't cut on and the home key is stuck

Last night my iPod 5 was working just fine, but I woke up this morning and it would not cut on. I charged it for 2 hours to make sure that wasn't the problem. I would attempt to do a reset, but the home key is stuck. What do I do? Do they fix the home key in the Apple store?
