Is my Safari being hacked? Suspicious pop-up

I have a 2011 Macbook Pro in excellent condition, running on OS X 10.7.5.

When I pull up Safari this message appears:

I've tried to uninstall (not possible) and reinstall safari, but have not found a way to do either.

Has anyone had any experience with this?

MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.7.5)

Choose Force Quit from the Apple menu, close Safari, and then launch it with the Shift key held down. If that doesn't work, temporarily disconnect the computer from the Internet.
