my grandparents have a Doro 812 as Apple do not cater for the elderly. I can not believe that Apple still has not worked with Doro and give pwille like myself assess to My Doro Manager. Dose anyone know when this will be availabl?????
A Google search fails to turn up what a Doro 812 and My Doro Manager is.
I'll assume My Doro Manager is software produced by that company.
You should contact the company as Apple can't do anything about it.

We are just other Apple users, so we cannot tell you anything about that App or Apples plans to sell it on the store. The company that makes the app can help you, contact their support.
I Have already spoken with Dora and they can not say when Apple will have the app. Yes tha app does have something to do with Apple, it is. It on the Apple store which means I can not download it

Here is a quick overview of how apps get into the App store…
Doro make the app.
They supply a copy to Apple.
Apple review it (to check it fits inside Apple's rules).
Apple then release the app on the store if it is OK.
If it is rejected Doro can alter the app & reapply.
Doro may be telling you 'it is up to Apple', however Doro also have a part to play in the process, they may have submitted it to Apple or they may still be working on it, only Doro & Apple know.

Chris the Doro is good for the elderly but it depends on the use of the phone.

Sometimes the app review requires a lot of back & forth between Apple & the developers to work out how to fit it into the guidelines. If you have a dialog with Doro maybe ask them to email you when it goes live (or sign up for any announcements they have).
Yeah I did that and they said late feb early march 2015.
I just wished they hurry up about it
