Hi, My Doro Manager is an app that comes pre-installed on Doro´s new smartphones and can also be downloaded by friends or relatives. It provides smart tutorials showing how to best enjoy the Doro smartphone as well as the possibility for trusted contacts to provide remote assistance.

From the Dora website:

Coming soon for iOS

It has nothing to do with Apple. It has everything to do with Dora creating the app for iOS.

It on the Apple store which means I can not download it

Well, if the app is on the Apple Store, how does than mean you cannot download it?

Your posts are very confusing.

Here is a quick overview of how apps get into the App store…

Doro make the app.

They supply a copy to Apple.

Apple review it (to check it fits inside Apple's rules).

Apple then release the app on the store if it is OK.

If it is rejected Doro can alter the app & reapply.

Doro may be telling you 'it is up to Apple', however Doro also have a part to play in the process, they may have submitted it to Apple or they may still be working on it, only Doro & Apple know.

Sorry was on the bus, I meant the app was not on apole store to download.

What you said make sense, thanks drew, but I wish they would get a move on about it.

🙂

Sometimes the app review requires a lot of back & forth between Apple & the developers to work out how to fit it into the guidelines. If you have a dialog with Doro maybe ask them to email you when it goes live (or sign up for any announcements they have).
