Hi, my partner can't add any contacts on his iphone 5S because the + sign has disappeared. Can anyone help with this please. This is his first smartphone and he is finding it rather frustrating, that something so simple can be missing!
iPhone 5s, iOS 8.1.3
definitely a software issue. try quitting the app, and restarting the phone. you may have to do a full software reinstall through iTunes. if you don't have much data on it yet, then I would just do that. you can also try going to the settings app and go to general-reset-reset all settings
Any restrictions set up in Settings/General/Restrictions? If yes, disable them and try again.
