You cannot. If your iPhone is disabled because you forgot the passcode or

That is not possible.
Do you mean the Lock Screen code? If so, then you need to follow the steps in this support article that best apply to your situation:
If you have never sync'd with iTunes, you will have to restore it. If you have never made a backup, then you will lose your data....

Because your iTunes backup also saves your passcode. You'll have to either restore from a backup created prior to the passcode being used, or from an iCloud backup, or set up the device as new.
See how effective the passcode is at protecting your data! Isn't that a great feature?
You cannot restore from BACKUPS with the passcode on. You need to restore the phone as new and all of your data will be lost. There is NO other way, other than remembering the passcode.
