If you've already updated the password on your account then you can put the new password for the account for the Mail map by tapping on the account in Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars, then tap the Account line on the next screen, and on the popup update the password - you may also need to tap on the SMTP outgoing server line on that popup and 'primary server' on the next screen, and update it on there as well.
