Apple is not represented in my country and my machine is broken. I need to open it.

You have encountered the 'Activation Lock' which is a feature which prevents anyone from using an iPhone without the original owners Apple ID and password. There is no way that you can use the device unless the original owner deletes it from their account or gives you the password. Apple will not be able to help you.
