used phone no id to activate
Help I have a used phone but no user id so I can activate in my name.I will not be able to reach said person for this information. Help😕

I'm sorry, but in that situation you will not be able to use the phone. Only the previous owner can unlock it. Apple cannot unlock it for you. There is no other way round this.
