cant restore cause asks for passcode i forgot
Cant remember passcode so i tried to restore but halfway thru it asks for passcode that i cant remember.
iPad Mini 3 Wi-Fi, iOS 8.1.3

It seems like you followed the steps in the article above to remove the forgotten passcode from your iPad, but iTunes may be asking you to enter the passcode as well.
In this case, try restoring using another computer, or place your iPad in recovery mode and try restoring again:

If iTunes asks you to enter your passcode or asks you to allow access, try another computer that you've synced with. Or use recovery mode. (Click the link to be taken to the steps.)
