So basically I bought my iPhone 6 from the apple store and I am trying to get my apple to e-reciept but I think that I have deleted it and it is vital that I get it back so I can insure my phone via third-party.

A physical Apple store or online Apple Store? If you deleted the email, would it not be in your trash folder in the email client? Have you tried contacting the Apple store where you made the purchase?
I bought it from the actual Apple Store in town, I haven't tried contacting them yet.

It is very possible they can. The only way to find out is ask. How long ago did you make this purchase that you are unable to locate the deleted email? What email client do you use on what computer OS?
I bought my iPhone 6 back on the 30th of November 2014 and I use Gmail on iOS 8.1.3
