Hi,
What error messages are you getting?
Thanks for replying. The error message says I need Apple Application Support to run iTunes. Apple Application Support is already installed on my system. As a matter of fact, I 've uninstalled and reinstalled AAP several times to determine if this would solve the problem. It doesn't. My system is a Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit. I've also performed complete uninstalls of iTunes several times.
Thank you
Wish I could help, but I know next to nothing about Windows. Does Windows have anything like repairing permissions? (just a wild guess) Let's hope someone else will stop by who has knowledge in that area. Good luck.
Make sure you are installing iTunes from here: http://www.apple.com/itunes/download/
If that fails, follow this and try again: Remove and reinstall iTunes and related software components for Windows Vista, Windows 7, or Windows 8 - Apple Support
