blocked callers still ring

I've added an obnoxious caller to my block list, but their calls keep ringing through anyway. Not all the time - but enough of the time to make it annoying.

Anyone have any brilliant ideas? 4S running iOS 8.1.2

Two suggestions:

Update to the current iOS (8.1.3). Settings > General > Software Update
Reset your iPhone. Hold the on/off and home buttons together for about 10 seconds until the Apple logo appears.
