5th generation iPod won't turn on

It was working perfectly fine, but suddenly just stopped working. It was not at low battery. I tried plugging it into my computer, but it was not being recognized by iTunes. I can't reboot it because my home button is broken. Is there any way to fix this?

iPod touch, iOS 8.1.3

Hi dxmbledore,

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities!

I understand that your iPod touch (5th generation) is not longer responding or turning on. Because the Home button is no longer working as well, it may be necessary to have your iPod evaluated for service. For more information on this process, please review the attached link.
