Macbook pro 17" still not showing with serial on recall page?

The graphics recall is now showing on the support page, my macbook died a little over 6 months ago of this problem, however when i enter my serial although it fully matches the date and model criteria it's not showing and repair details or info. Anyone have any ideas?
