delay by receive a call

i have iphone 4s and when i receive a call, have 2-3s delay, after this time can i talk...it is depresive, older ios 7.1.2 was without this problem. This bug have all ipohnes (4s, 5, 5s, 6, 6plus).... work Apple on fix?
