how to contact apple to replace battery that Genius bar refused replacement
I took my iPhone 5 to Lennox square apple store in Atlanta on Feb 22 at the appointment time. My serial number matches the ones that they will replace. The lady refused to fix it saying it was past 2 years from purchase. The website says they will replace the battery if less than 2 years or March 1, 2015, whichever provides longer coverage. How can i get them to honor their own website and replace my battery? disgruntled
