Europe based iCloud / EUcloud

Is there a Europe based version of the iCloud, that I can use instead of the US based cloud service?

I'd like to use an end to end encrypted, European cloud service. I think this is no more than reasonable. (For example US customers would demand the same if it were the other way around.) I wonder if it is even possible to use an alternative EUcloud with OS X 10.10 given the tight OS X integration of iCloud with Contacts and iCal etc.
