Apple ID needs verification
My little brother put an empty "charged" visa, to buy coins in a game , and now my apple ID is locked.and I can't download anything from the store.

it's not that I can't access it, I CAN ACCESS
I can't use it.
it requires a verification and it wants me to pay for the fail purchase that my brother done with this stupid visa he has,
Well, if you cannot get a verified form of payment you will not be able to download content.
