4S Video length too long for sharing

I shot a 3:31 minute video and want to forward by email and/or text. The video is too long. What is the length the video can be for forwarding and how can I cut the length?

Greetings plesha,

This help page talks about sharing via text or email and the limits involved and also explains that you can use other services to share the video when you tap “More” on the share screen.

Other ways to share photos and videos - iPhone

Another alternative would be to use Apple's iCloud Photo Sharing. This service allows you to upload the video to iCloud and share them using a link that you can give someone else by email or text. See this article for more information about iCloud Photo Sharing -
