sticky cursor

Hi all,

I recently purchased a new Mac Pro desktop computer (the black darth vader tower) it is running 10.9.5.

I do not use a mouse or trackpad, etc. I use a Wacom Intuos 4 tablet. The driver is up to date.

Ever since I bought this computer, the cursor "sticks" to just about anything it touches. It pulls items out of the dock, it re-orders layers in Photoshop, etc. because it "won't let go" of whatever it comes in contact with. It is extremely disruptive.

The Wacom worked perfectly fine with my previous machine, a 2009 Mac Pro tower.

Again, all software is up to date. I tried resetting the PRAM. This is a brand new machine and the problem has started from the get-go.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
