I have a problem

I have a problem with activation my iPhone 4s. I have bought the iPhone in a shop long ago and update iOS 8 yesterday. After update iPhone has an activation screen and asks previous owner's Apple ID and Password. I don't know Apple ID and Password; I haven't comunication with him. I can not use my iPhone 2 days. I am so disappointed this situation/ Can you help me to disable this function, please?

If you cannot get the previous owner to help you then you have a useless piece of electronics. Have you tried contacting the shop where you bought it. They might have a record of who sold it to them.

It is called Activation lock, and it cannot be disabled except by knowing the Apple ID of the previous owner. Unless you can find out, the phone will never be able to be used. Take it back to the shop and ask for a refund.
