over heating of the phone

when ever on my iphone it is over heating in my hand. any advice.

iPhone 5c, iOS 8.1.2

I understand that your iPhone is getting warm while you are using it. It is normal for the iPhone to get warm while in use or while charging. For more information on iOS operating temperatures, please read over the attached article.
