DEP Program and Apple Reseller ID.

Hi, We are an IT Reseller based in Dubai. and sell Server and storage solutions to schools.One of our customers (a school in Dubai) needed 15-20 IPADs which we sourced from the Open Market in Dubai. Now the customer (School) needs the Apple Deployment Feature for them. Reading on the Apple site, for this we need to create an Apple Reseller ID. But we realised that the Products we purchased and supplied were not purchased from an Apple Authorised reseller/s. They were traders. Products are originals Apple IPADs and the resellers are giving us the warranty etc. But they dont have an Apple ID. How can i help the customer?

And the authorised Apple centre in Dubai is not helping us. We bought Genuine Apple IPADs but from the open channel and unfortunately we realised that it wasnt from the Authorised channel. We want to help the customer. Can anyone advise. My email is *****
