Question

Can i voice text on my iphone 4s

Is there a way that I can talk to text on my iphone 4s instead of typing my text messages? Can siri be put on my phone because I have not been able to locate it?

Siri is on an iPhone 4S, unless:

You are in a country or area that does not support it.
You really do not have an iPhone 4S; you actually have an iPhone 4 or earlier.

Turn Siri on at Settings > General > Siri. If it's not there, check Settings > General > About > Model and post what you see there.

I tried to turn on Siri using your instructions and was unable to do so. The model number on my phone is MD127LL/A

That model number is for the iPhone 4. The iPhone 4 does not support Siri.

The best you might be able to do is download an App. I'm not sure if Dragon Dictation supports iOS 7.1.2, as you would have on the iPhone 4, but you can search in the App Store and see.
