Can I use my macbook pro for HDMI input through thunderbolt

I want to play my PS4 console on my Macbook Pro retina '13. I have HDMI cables and a thunderbolt/hdmi input cable.

MacBook Pro with Retina display, OS X Yosemite (10.10.1), Logic Pro X, 10.0.7

It would work for a Late 2009/Mid 2010 27-inch iMac, but not on a MacBook Pro, because it does not support Target Display mode, so you cannot use it as a display for a different device.
