What should I do if my card that is supposedly supported by Apple Pay like my Citi (Co-branded) Sears MasterCard gives me the message that "Your Issuer Does Not Yet Offer Support for This Card" when I try to add my card to my passbook?

Apple Pay can be used with supported cards from participating issuers.
The Citi Sears cards is an example of a card that is not currently supported for Apple Pay, even though the issuer is a participating bank:

Whether or not any specific card is a supported card is a matter for each issuer to decide and advise.
I also have this same problem with the same card (Sears MC issued by Citibank). When I called the representative didn't even understand what I was talking about. They thought I was calling about a charge to my card from iTunes. They had NO CLUE about adding cards to Apple Wallet/Pay. Doesn't anyone train their staff anymore?
