How can i turn off find my iphone when icloud says no devices connected?

I need to turn of find my iphone but can't because it says no devices connected when i sign into icloud

No...try logging in to iCloud via a computer. Go to your browser and type www.icloud.com then once you are logged in, you go to find my iPhone, under my devices, you should be able to see a list of devices that are linked to your iCloud, select the one you wanna disable and then a banner pops out, just go ahead and click on disable this iPhone and then your iCloud is going to be disabled. But mind you, you have to turn your phone off in the process of doing this. I hope this helps. Let me know if you need any further assistance.
