If you synced the photos from your computer you remove them the same way you put them on the phone, using iTunes. Connect the phone to iTunes, click on Photos, and uncheck the albums you don't want on the phone. Then click Apply or Sync.
I'm not sure about the Navigator, that appears to be Canon printer software. As far as photos from your phone, are you referring to photos that are in the Camera Roll, or ones that have been synced to the iPhone from the computer? If they are ones in the Camera Roll, you can delete them as you import them to the computer, or if you do not do that when you import, then you will have to go on the iPhone and then delete them from there.
If these are photos that you synced to the iPhone from the computer, then you will have to do another sync to remove them. See this support document about syncing photos and then read the section on deleting photos. iTunes: Syncing photos - Apple Support
