Converting FCP X trial version to licensed

Hello,

I have FCP 7 and I just installed FCP X trial. My employer bought a license for FCP X via Apple Volume Licensing and I received a PDF file containing a serial-number/redemption-code. How can I apply this to my installation and get rid of the trial mode without going through the "Buy" option?
