iphone 5 touch unresponsive on notification

i m using iphone 5 ios 8.1.3 since last 25 days but here is a problem pul down notification not working even swipe up not working other touch works good then restart fix this but again sometime this issue occur...zoom over automatically during standby time....what is permanent solution for this??
