Displaying artwork on ipod

I have downloaded artwrok to i tunes and checked the box 'display album artwork on your ipod' However images appear on my p.c. but nothing appears on my ipod Any ideas?

i pod, Windows XP Pro, Sony Vaio

uncheck the box that says "display album artwork on ipod" and sync your ipod. Then check the box that says "display album artwork on ipod" and resync. that should fix it REPLY

I tried that and some artwork is now displayed. But part way through the optimizing process it stopped with an unknown error message -50

I have had exactly the same error on my 5G iPod - stops half way through with 'Error - 50'. Now some iPod tracks have artwork whereas most do not. Also, I tried the same technique to uncheck album artwork - apply then check album artwork - apply on my iPod nano and again only about 50% of the artwork made it across to the iPod, but this time without the error message. Any clues gratefully accepted. NB - I 'Manually Manage' all my playlist on both iPods.
