ios 8.2 wifi dropping

Has anyone had wifi problems with ios 8.2?

I had to re log on to my wifi, after repeated attempts it kept saying the password is incorrect. After many attempts to connect i eventually got connected only for the signal to drop, then re connect a few minutes later, then drop, then reconnect again. This has been going on all day and also has caused massive battery drain.

I have reset network settings numerous times, powered down and powered back up and done several soft resets and none of this has helped

I have an iPhone 6 with 8.2 and since the update i also have trouble with wifi. It is extremely slow, everything buffers, and i can not connect to new wifi networks, it just says unable to connect. Im connected to my house and its very slow now although internet speed tests say my internet is pretty good at the moment. At school i can't join their network. I know my username and password is correct but i think this new update screwed up the wifi. Is it possible that iOS 8.3 will be able to fix this issue? Is there anyway to fix this issue?

Thank you Knell !

Thats seems to have instantly solved my Wifi issue since iOS 8.2 on iPhone 6 a few days ago (unable to connect existint or new Wifi networks, iOS 8.2 constantly replying password entered is wrong...)

Many thanks !

I would never have thougt to get deep into theses settings to turn off wifi location in privacy, and I was very unhappy with the idea to restore and make a new install.

Contact Apple Phone support and let them know - there is definitely a problem with the Wifi dropping after the 8.2 update. I have 3 different Wifi signals and 6 different iOS devices. The ONLY one having the wifi issue is the 8.2 iOS!!! I was told Apple support doesn't have any record of there being a Wifi issue with 8.2iOS AND that the technician I spoke to had not ever talked to a person having wifi issues with iOS8.2......really?!? Well IF you are having a problem, call them and let them know. Because there are definitely wifi issues with 8.2. Dropping, not allowing connections, etc

I have the same problem with my iPad Air 2. Just updated it to IOS 8.2 a few weeks ago and the wifi keeps disconnecting. Whenever I type the password it keeps asking for the password over and over. This is so annoying. I'm so glad I never updated my other devices with IOS 8. Apple should fix this soon or I might just go back to my old android.
