How do I delete unwanted iWatch app?
Apple does it again. Installed iWatch app without my permission during upgrade to iOS8.2. Didn't they learn from the last debacle with the unwanted music album? How do I get rid of it?

You don't delete it. As has been the case for 8 years since the iPhone was released, built in apps cannot be deleted. This is not news so I'm not sure why you're so surprised.
If you don't like then simply move it to a folder on your last page of apps to hide it, and move on as it's really nothing earth shattering that you should get so upset about. I'm sure you have more important things in life to worry about...
There is no need for a snarky reply, TP.
IF I wanted an iWatch app, I would have gone to the App Store and downloaded it myself. By your reasoning, Apple is entitled to load any and all bloatware onto my iPhone any time I upgrade the OS. Of corse I can hide it in a folder. The point is I shouldn't have to. I expect better from Apple. It's bad enough they added an app without my permission. It's even worse that they gave me no option to remove it if I didn't want it.
You are going to have to take that up with Apple. They are the ones that made that decision. It has been that way since iOS has bee released. You might want to try to tell Apple at http://www.apple.com/feedback/iphone.html
You didn't notice the Health app they added?
Yes, Apple is entitled to add the Health app, Passport, etc. with upgrades and without your permission. Android does the same but they don't do many updates so you might want to consider that venue.
Actually, yes... Apple can install bloatware as they see fit.
Have a nice day

Without your permission? What in God's name are you talking about? It's been fully documented the last few days that the watch app was part of the 8.2 update, and you voluntarily installed that update. Nothing was done without your permission.
I agree, What do you expect from Apple.....bloated commercial promotion, I think its called hubris.
The sad part is many Apple users don't see a problem with attitude. How did we get so lost?

Because we don't agree with you, we are lost? I think that's called "narrow minded". .
is apple paying you??? I-phone owners who do not plan to buy an i-watch don't want or need the app. Is that so hard for you to grasp? Apple, take it off!

Like you, I'm a fellow user. I just know a first world problem when I see one.
Disclaimer: Apple did once send my a pencil for participating in a survey.

Some may not want to stay healthy, play the Stock Marget or find there way North. Why not complain about those Apps being part of the iOS?
Pete
ps. I didn't even get a pencil!

No iPhone owner is ever going to be able to purchase an iWatch, because they don't exist.
They will however be able to purchase an Apple Watch if they want to!!
Well, you don't in fact have an iWatch app because that does not exist.
You do have an Apple Watch app though!!
I Agree 1000%.... Not only is it something we DO NOT WANT, but we will not ever use it, AND it takes up storage space on MY phone.... The only things on the iphone that should be permanent are the systems REQUIRED for the phone to function properly.... All other cr@p should be removable....
