Captcha in AppleID creation

Hi!

I would like to create a new AppleID (in the context of my lectures on iOS development) for a student. Unfortunately the Captcha that should appear below the sentence: "Please type the characters you see in the image below" never appears... and I can't hear anything while trying the "Vision impaired" way (I am neither blind or deaf).

Is there anyone who experience this problem?
