IOS 8.2 Cannot connect to the App or Itunes Store

Since updating to IOS update 8.2 today both my IPhone 6+ and IPad 4 cannot connect to either the ITunes or App store. I have done all the troubleshooting suggestions but nothing is working. Am I the only experiencing this issue?

Apple's status page (http://www.apple.com/support/systemstatus/) says that iTunes, AppStore, Mac AppStore and iBooks are all down for all users.

Apple gave a statement explaining the reason for the problems:

“We apologize to our customers experiencing problems with iTunes and other services this morning. The cause was an internal DNS error at Apple. We’re working to make all of the services available to customers as soon as possible, and we thank everyone for their patience.”

Common? 😮 this is my first newer iOS device since the iPod Touch 1st & 2nd generation. Even though it's a 4S It's new to me lol. I'm still having problems even though I updated to iOS 8.3. Sometimes it doesn't let me download apps it makes me think I am and then still says get or the price if I'm going to buy something. Tells me to put in my password too. Even trying to buy videos it was doing that not just apps 😠. I was gonna buy an iPad sometime in the future and other iOS devices but if this happens a lot then maybe I won't.
