Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT

Looks like no one’s replied in a while. To start the conversation again, simply ask a new question.

After login the iTunes Connect, the site show empty page.

Specs:

Model Name: MacBook Air

Problem:

After i login the iTunes Connect, the site show empty page.

I tried closed the Safari and open again, also reboot my macbook, still facing the same issue. Also tried using Firefox, same issue encounter.

Please advise.

MacBook Air (13-inch Mid 2012), OS X Yosemite (10.10.2)

I am also having this problem. Safari 8.0.3 on iMac running 10.10.2; the problem is intermittent, and has been happening since before upgrading to Yosemite.


Usually, I'm able to refresh the page a few times and get it to load, but today nothing is working. I've refreshed, or tried to re-login, etc., at least 30 times in the last hour with no luck. (EDIT: Have confirmed the issue also happens on Chrome version 42)


Very discouraging to see so many people having the same issue with a business-critical service, with not even a whisper of a response from Apple...


Update: I've found this error in the developer console of Safari. I'm not much of a web coder; can anyone make sense of this? Could it be related?

Was working just a minute ago, then I submitted a new build, and now the white screen of death is happening for me as well.


Tried on safari and chrome. No luck on either. Cleared sessions & cookies -- site works fine until I login, at which point I the white screen.


Opening the javascript console I see an angular error:
