Mac Mini boots 10 percent and stucks

Hi,

I turned on the computer, it loaded completely and then restarted itself unexpectedly, but did not load. Just stuck in about 10 percent with load indicator.

I've read a lot about this before posting this. I did PRAM, SMC, Safe boot and all other boots, Disk Utility, etc. I even replaced hard drives, wiped out the system, did Recovery and clean install. I replace RAM, no third party parts, etc. I did Apple hardware Test, including extended one, it shows no errors.

The thing is that it works in safe mode fine and there is no disk problems at all, like permissions, repair, etc. All tests show it is perfect, but it does not start in normal mode.

I am ready to follow any help, do tests, publish them here, but want to fix that. Thank you.

Alex.

Hi all,

I got a similar error with my macmini5,2. I tried a lot of stuffs to figure out whats going on (Recovery with disks, internet recovery, hardware test, boot with thunderbolt with a macbook, update firmware in single user mode), but nothing was useful to fix my mac. I installed Fedora 21 on it, and Fedora works well 😟.

I got some clues after using Davis's script. Davis, do you can checkout my mac results? http://pastebin.com/LH6UL2ey

PS: I executed the script in single user mode because my mac can't load OSX in normal mode or safe mode.
