Installing Yosemite without Apple Id

I'm selling my iMac, and want to reinstall Yosemite, but it prompts me to input an apple id to do so. If I proceed, will this link my apple Id to the computer again? I don't want to go through the hassle of selling a computer with no OS, and explaining to them how to install it with their own ID. So is there a way to install yosemite without and ID/will using my ID bind it to the computer?

iMac, iOS 8.2

Yes, but unless the computer originally shipped with Yosemite, you should put an older OS onto it and tell the buyer to upgrade.

I do not have the original disk (I'm not sure if it came with it) what do it then?

Sorry, but you didn't read what Roger Wilmut1 said and linked to above. The Apple guidance now says to install the current OS Version, but don't proceed to set it up. The new owner can do that.
