Cannot send emails from contacts

RReplying to the email post issues.......I've looked into it on a friends iPad......there is a "grayedd" out Send from her aol account when trying to send email directly through contacts. BUT NOT grayed out when she uses her iCloud account! She has updated to 8.2. This is also true of trying to send email through contacts on her iPhone

Go figure. Apple released version 8.3 for Apple mobile devices today and from what Im seeing already, they fixed the issue were the SEND button is greyed out if you email from the contacts app! Can anyone else confirm?

I can confirm the 8.3 update did fix this bug for emailing Exchange contacts directly from the Contacts app. The Send button is grayed out initially until you type the subject - just as in iOS 7 - and you no longer have to retype the email address in the "to" field.

So as you can see now, feedback does work!
