Iphone 6 plus can't play videos

What type of videos are you trying to play on your iPhone 6? Are they videos captured on your iPhone, home videos transferred from your computer, or movies purchased on the iTunes Store?

Hi Judysings,

Even videos captured from my iphone6plus is no longer playing! I've tried to press the Home button and the Power button to reset it but still the same problem occurs. All my videos whether downloaded or captured using the iphone6plus no longer plays.

Somebody please help.

Me too. My videos captured with iPhone 6 plus won't play. Just shows the thumbnail shot on freeze. They also won't upload to iMovie ot Dropbox. This just started happening out of the blue.

I have the same problem. All videos don't work at all. I have to restart to play the videos. Then, once I stopped and replay later, non of them don't work any more. I have to keep restarting the phone to watch videos

Me too i cant play any videos on my phone.. and the time shows in negative.. like -3:30 for example...
