How do I get rid of the Watch app on my phone? Also, how do I get rid of all the garbage apps Apple puts on the phone and won't let me delete normally. Any help would be great.

They cannot be deleted as they are built into the core iOS. You can create an "unused" or "little used" folder and put them all in there, then stick that folder on a distant home page that you never access.
